It does appear to be an 88 of Kent Town/Rhynie on a 2d D.L.R. perf 10 and as such is rated as common. The second digit could also be a 3, then making the office Plympton, which is rated R.

you're 6d ultramarine O.S. is perf. 10 x 11 1/2, the vertical perfs being quite ragged as is the norm with this issue |

Nice scans on the black back ground. For what it's worth I would be more happy to purchase those 3 items in that condition. Really nice centering, fresh prints on all three and, I'm no expert on re-gums, but they look good to me.

These are a bit tougher, the closest I could get to this one was BELVIDERE, Sth Australia, though I'd be happier if there was a P.O. or R.O. after the name Belvidere to make it fit.
I think you'll find that it is REGd ADELAIDE - STH. AUSTRALIA on the 1 1/2d red KGV

If you take Glen's advice and wash the two 2/- browns in hot water be very careful with the 1913 one. It appears to be torn on the left side edge going into the area near Perth [ lower left when viewed from the front]
