Six of the values actually have hinge remnants, consisting of pieces of selvage folded and used as makeshift hinges. It's quite a stretch to call them MLH, in my opinion.

Your second image is PNG format, which is useless, especially at 13kb. Show us in .jpg with the blowup at 1200dpi.

Both Photobucket and this website can easily handle that size, provided it's not more than 800 (?) pixels wide. And forget about using a cellphone to make images.

I think the £2300 and £575 refers to a block of four, just like the preceding Plate 1 does. With a catalog value of £70 used, you should be able to find a decent copy for £10-15, and indeed, one turned up for £5.50 on a slow eBay day.

I have quite a few sound Victorians I'd gladly sell at 20% of SG.

Looking in the SG Concise, yes, it appears to be SG #52 plate 3, used value £70, but worth only a tiny fraction of catalog value in that condition. You might check for an inverted watermark, but that wouldn't help much, value-wise.
