I click submit for a new topic, but it doesn't submit. The "successfully loaded" link doesn't appear. Normally I would see the "View your submitted item" icon to make sure my topic has loaded properly, but don't get that either.

I think it's legit. He is simply asking for postal matter. Every scammer I have ever read or seen wants one thing only.....your money. Preferably in tens of thousands. You could always send him some old decimal stamps and see what reaction is generated.

I am sure that when I bought fuel in Los Angeles a few years ago the price advertised was $2.28 per gallon. But when I filled up and went to pay, my receipt showed 15% state tax and 15% Federal tax added on. Is this still the case or do gas stations advertise the price including state and fed taxes?...
