Some do command a fairly reasonable price and many are catalogued in the Unitrade Canada Specialized catalogue, but it is the perforation that should be missing. | Jean: The release page is a separate page between the blotter pages. They all warp eventually. I used one so long that the warp made the book sit almost 2 inches off the desk. Whatever is out there is not readily identified or written about. As Jace says, the most common issues are regum and repair.
Any scan should be very high resolution to inspect details.
