Here is part of Page 76 SG Part 17 (1986).

Looks as if Roulette is SG1505 and Perf 12½ is SG1501.

However, I still have a query on Overprint T200 which shows the vertical characters on the left versus on the right on both stamps.

Is this normal?

Yes, I have the whole set and as I remember the characters were not all on the same side. I will scan it for you tonight.

There is a note in Scott that the rouletted stamps were sold for philatelic purposes only.

Well, I'm glad I took a look at these stamps, because I hadn't separated out the perfed and rouletted variations in my album (and had actually put some in my duplicate stock that weren't) :oops:

I have the whole set rouletted:
