Does anyone have details of what the postage rates were for newspapers posted in Ceylon during the period 1910 to 1935?

I understand that there were three different rates. For newspapers registered in Ceylon; for newspapers registered in GB or a British Colony; and for printed matter.

I have only managed to find the rates which were current in 1935 on
