Make Room For Daddy

The Make Room For Daddy TV show was a family comedy series about Danny Williams, a successful nightclub entertainer, who tries to balance his demanding career with his wife, his kids and occasionally his elderly and old-fashioned Uncle. He got upset and yelled a lot at his wife and the children and then would always back down and sympathize with them after gaining a deeper understanding of the situation. The show typically ended with a song by either Danny or by the family.

Our Miss Brooks

Our Miss Brooks was an American situation comedy starring Eve Arden as a sardonic high school English teacher. It began as a radio show broadcast on CBS from 1948 to 1957. When the show was adapted to television , it became one of the medium's earliest hits. In 1956, the sitcom was adapted for big screen in the film of the same name. Our Miss Brooks was a hit on radio from the outset; within eight months of its launch as a regular series, the show landed several honors, including four for Eve Arden, who won polls in four individual publications of the time. Arden had actually been the third... choice to play the title role. Harry Ackerman, at the time CBS's West Coast director of programming, wanted Shirley Booth for the part, but as he told historian Gerald Nachman many years later, he realized Booth was too focused on the underpaid downside of public school teaching at the time to have fun with the role. Lucille Ball was believed to be the next choice, but she was already committed to My Favorite Husband and didn't audition. Then CBS chairman Bill Paley, who was friendly with Arden, persuaded her to audition for the part.

The Welcome Back Kotter TV show was a 30 minute comedy series on ABC about a who returned to his old inner city high school to teach a bunch of rowdy teenagers who give him almost nothing but a hard time. That treatment didn't bother Mr. Kotter too much though because he could give back as good as he got and ... on yeah ... he and his students did their antics all in good fun while caring deeply about each other.
Welcome Back Kotter Cast:

John Travolta .................... Vinnie Barbarino
Robert Hegyes .................... Juan Luis Pedro Phillipo de Huevos Epstein
Ron Palillo ...................... Arnold Dingfelder Horshak

Debralee Scott ................... Rosalie "Hotzie" Totzie
John Sylvester White ............. Michael Woodman

Welcome Back Kotter Theme Song Lyrics
Title: "Welcome Back"
By: "John Sebastian"

Welcome back,
Your dreams were your ticket out.

Welcome back,
To that same old place that you laughed about.

Well the names have all changed since you hung around,
But those dreams have remained and they're turned around.

Who'd have thought they'd lead ya (Who'd have thought they'd lead ya)
Here where we need ya (Here where we need ya)

Yeah we tease him a lot cause we've hot him on the spot, welcome back,
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.

Xena: Warrior Princess

Xena: Warrior Princess is an American supernatural fantasy adventure series that aired in syndication from September 4, 1995 until June 18, 2001. The series was created in 1995 by writer-director-producer Robert Tapert under his production tag, Renaissance Pictures with later co-executive producers being John Schulian, R. J. Stewart and Sam Raimi. The series narrative follows Xena (played by Lucy Lawless), a warrior in a quest to seek redemption for her past sins as a ruthless warlord by using her formidable fighting skills to help people. Xena is accompanied by Gabrielle (played by Renee O'Connor), who during the series changes from a simple farm girl into an Amazon warrior and Xena's greatest ally; her initial naïveté helps to balance Xena and assists her in recognizing and pursuing the "greater good".

UFO

The UFO TV show was a 60 minute British sci-fi series on ITV about aliens who were visiting the Earth and kidnapping humans. An organization called SHADO was formed to defend us from them. SHADO had several lines of defense. Missiles could be launched from a base on the Moon. High altitude aircraft could attack after being launched from submarines. There were also a fleet of armored vehicles spread out all over the planet. The episodes typically involved attempted alien attacks and how Earth defenses stopped them.

The Wagon Train TV show was a 60 minute (90 minutes in season 7 only) western action series on NBC for its first five seasons and on ABC thereafter. Ward Bond .......... Major Seth Adams
John McIntire ...... Christopher Hale
