A group of friends recently spent some time in a forest rest house deep inside Tiger country. Though they were well stocked with liquor and provisions, they had not factored the lack of electricity or cooking stove. But they were carrying some candles and pressure cooker with them.
This is how Rice Biryani was cooked using 4 candles at a time.
Notice the Pressure Cooker resting on Beer Bottles.
Notice the four candles placed in a steel glass with a potato shoved in their midst (to keep the flames apart).
Notice the devices placed under the glass containing the candles-- these help raise the glass every half an hour to compensate for the melting candles.
