Lily, I've written an email asking for the posting address, but had no response.

Cheema, I emailed you on 9 January, and every time I checked the members list through January and part of this month you hadn't been to the board.
Now that you are back, where are we going with this? Please see my email, or do you want me to reoffer these pages to others.

Hi Ian
The first pages arrived a few weeks ago and as you know things have been bad on my end. I wanted to know if you had gotten my payment of stamps that I sent and if you had gotten my other requests. If you need my address let me know and if you cant get rid of more pages I will take whatever you need to get rid of because I am getting sick of Scott. I am probably going to start using SG as my catalog of choice.
Thanks,
Bill

Any problems, please let me know.

ps
Can you please check you have my Philippine address and NOT my UK address. (I think I have changed it correctly  )

Many Thanks

I asked about these a few days ago. Are the Gilbert & Elllice Islands pages still available? If so, I would like to add them. Thanks Ian!

Hi Ian,

I'm interested in the following countries if they are still available?

Belgium - Canada - Italy - Koreas - Spain - Switzerland

How much would it cost to send them to Australia?

These three/four only - lost of pages in Korea - £3.79 + fees* surface, £5.37 + fees* airmail.

* +fees means that that is the actual postage cost, so if you want to send me money through PayPal, you pay the fees so that I get the actual cost. If you want to send something instead, such as recent GB commems on cover or VFU, then it just needs to be a selection of roughly equivalent value.

Hi DHM100WV,

Now that I've uncovered the catalogues again....

Gilbert & Ellice, some of Gilberts, all of Tuvalu, and Vanuatu from 1981 (the beginning has gone with whatever was before it).
Airmail £2.10, surface £1.12, same rules as the previous post re PayPal; or send me something useful :)

Ian

Jeez... that's not the way I do this. The idea is once they are out of the book..... Never mind.

B&S Airmail £3.50 Surface £1.90 - so for the cost of airmailing just two countries you could have the lot by surface.

Anybody want a big pile of loose pages for N & S Korea? :?: :?:

Oh sorry Ian. Silly me. I should have known that you'd have to cut the pages off to calculate postage costs. It's not the cost really but I just didn't think I had enough Korean stamps to need these pages.

Anyway, I'll take the lot including the koreas.

Libya is still available. Are you likely to come to the NNPS Fair at the Hewett School on 31st March? I could have everything that's left there if you are interested in any more. It's a good place to get some bargains as well! Must start advertising.

Really? I wonder who had that - I didn't realise that anybody at St A's had stamps.

I did once go to Elm Hill shop in the old days, and was going through an auction lot box of mixed covers when I found some addressed to me; I then had another look and decided that they were 'some of my cast offs'. I'll be casting off a lot here on Stampboards, but I may well have a sales table at our August Fair to try to get rid of more. I need more space: I've just been offered a crate of sorted and rated post-Soviet covers from Russia, and all the research notes, at a price that is too good to refuse even if they are in Surrey! (don't tell the wife!)

There were a couple of stamp stalls there. One lady was selling singles from club/approval books, I bought some Free State issues including the one on me avatar. Then there was some other lady with a right mix of stuff. I got a load of USSR stuff, a cool cover from Yugo addressed to my old favourite record shop in Wales, then I saw a load of covers with your name on them, and heaps of the same post-apocalypse stuff you exhibited at the Forum.

Hi Ian,
I was wondering what the name of your PayPal address is.
Also how can I send you an email from the board? I didn't think that was possible.
Let me know what the name of your PayPal account is and I can transfer the funds.
Thanks,

Glad it's arrived ok - I'm sure there's a thread here somewhere that you could show that cover - I can't remember what you've got!

Right, Lily has lost her chance for Singapore because somebody else has asked about it, along with others. Sorry, I can only leave these packed envelopes for so long waiting for an address :!:

I think so but I can't get to them at the moment. I will deal with this, send me an email to ian[at]norphil.co.uk - it will not be until next month as this week is taken up with mainly non-business activities.

MODS

Please close this thread now and move to 'SOLD'. I don't have much left to disperse - in fact almost as much (including one of the Wowern books from the other offer) are sitting in 5 separate envelopes waiting for the 5 members to come back and provide an address.
