Hi Team

For any interested Papua collectors please see below.

Our next PPS Meeting is scheduled for July 29th (Sunday 1.30pm till 5.00pm) to be held in Thornlands in South East Queensland, all interested visitors are welcome to attend.

Bring along anything of interest as our current members have a broad Papua collecting base and not just my favourites the Lakatois.

If you happen to be here from another state / country and would like to spend a nice afternoon with other collectors of this area of interest then please feel free to contact Roy as well.

If you would like to join in then please contact our convenor Mr Roy Materne on 073-2064240.

Hope to see some new faces.

Cheers Robbo

Just giving this a bump up the ladder in case it's been missed by anyone interested.

We would love to meet new people that have any interest in this area of collecting.

We have confirmed 10 so far for the next meeting.

Cheers Robbo

One last bump up for the Brisbane PPS group.

Next meeting July 29th, please contact me for details of venue change.

Hope we get some more interested collectors along to the next meeting and all interstate or overseas visitors welcome if you happen to be in Brisbane.

Thanks' Tony for the link in the Sydney PPS thread and I will have Mike Parr make changes to the dates on our web link yet all contact details are the same.

Cheers Robbo

Thanks for that! It is great to see so many people interested in PNG (I remember going to a PPS meeting at Australia 99- and there were 30 people in the room) ....hard to get that here in the North America because everyone is so spread out , though I did double the NA membership when I was NA director. Keep me in the loop for your meeting. Probably will have trouble trying to attend during the day- but for drinks, now that is different............

Steve Z

P.S. Looks like a fine bunch of fellows (though they look as if they just robbed a train).
