Go to the following link to see details of this excellent resource.

This catalogue is for the serious collector who is interested in most of what Australia Post had to offer.

Unfortunately the 2010 7th Edition is the last. If you want a list of all 5000+ decimal variations issued in the past 44 years this Catalogue is a must.

I received this letter from a collector who is using my ASV Catalogue to discover Australian decimal stamp variations and their source.

3rd May 2012.

Dear David,

May I congratulate you on your publication "Australian Stamp Variations Catalogue - Decimals 1966 - 2010." Stamp issues from Australia Post have become more compelling over the years with interesting stamp booklets, packs and numerous variations complimenting the basic stamp sheet format.

On the other hand the plethora of stamp issue can be daunting. However, by following your clearly set out content one's fears are quickly put to rest. It became apparent by studying your book that there are indeed many stamps to be identified (and some very scarce), something all philatelists enjoy, especially 'if they have got them!'

The book is spiral bound and lies flat on the work table. This format allows access to the pages of clearly set out philatelic information.

We are indeed fortunate that we have such an edition in Australia to assist us understand and truly value our stamps. I wish you all of the very best for this wonderful edition and thank you for providing me with many hours of philatelic pleasure.

Yours sincerely,

He also commented that much of the information in the Catalogue is not found anywhere else and he is concerned that from 2011 onwards this type of information is being lost.

To celebrate the World Stamp Expo in Melbourne in May 2013, I have reduced the price of my popular "Made in Melbourne" Australian Stamp Variations Catalogue, Decimal 1966 - 2010 to $30.

The Stampboards member discount of 10% still applies = $27.

Go to: http://www.asv.net.au/catalogue.htm
for more information and order details.

(Please quote your Stampboards "name" when ordering.)
