I recently acquired a large collection of victorian stamps.
Unfortunately many have hinges attached or are hinged to paper.
My question is do i remove hinges or leave them in place? also
what is the best method for doing this?

Hello jimbo55

Have a look at these two links.

Hinged stamps - leave them alone, or remove the stamp hinge?

Way to Safely Remove Hinges???

Cheers!
