I am aware that nothing can be taken as gospel.

I see this on ebay

I have this in my possession

Where/What is the difference or am I missing the obvious?

Thanks in advance

The seller's item appears to be a booklet pane

Having said that I have no idea whether the price he has placed on it is correct or not

( and I suspect that the Sheriff will be down your throat about your thread title  )

Plus your ebay link will disappear when the item is sold, and this thread will become meaningless.

We need a captured image so it gets to stay for future reference.

Have I missed a rule?

Apologies if so. I await my beating.

Possibly his is the Phosphor-Graphite band issue. Can't tell which watermark but if it is the Crown E2R then it is a very desirable block,

Can't be sure if they are Phosphor lines or dirt marks.

It is a booklet pane of 4 with multiple crown watermark (sideways) and blue phosphor bands.
It comes from the 2/- booklets N21p, N22p, N23p.

The N22p and N23p booklets contained either stamps with blue phosphor or violet phosphor. The N21p was with blue phosphor only.

The pane with good perfs catalogues at £25.00 (perf type "I")
This particular pane has the cylinder number N4 and as such is catalogued at £140.00

Obviously the seller knew all that, and I think it would have been wise for him/her to put it in the description, instead of assuming everyone knows what "SB108a 4d SWYS CYLINDER PANE BLUE PHOS UM GOOD PERFS" means. :?

So, the seller is an idiot. A good salesperson describes their goods accurately.

Most people who want to spend £85 on a block of 4 Wildings will know EXACTLY what that means.

He gives the number 108a, which will tell you the watermark.

He says it's sideways ("SWYS").

He says it's a CYLINDER block.

He says it's PHOSpher.

He says it's UnMounted.

He has a clear picture which shows it's from a booklet (stitch-holes in margin)

...and I don't even collect GB

Now I know a little more than 24 hours ago. I suspect this will be a long and hard learning curve.

No, he's not an idiot, just someone describing a specialist item in the format specialists would understand, presumably on the reasonable grounds that no-one who didn't specialise in the issue would be likely to understand what the item was or be interested in it anyway.
