This is a definitive that has been in continuous production since 2005. There have already been 3 printing varieties, and maybe more since my 2008 Scott was published. The differences are tiny and impossible to discern from a scan.

The Scott numbers are #3751, #3752, and #3753. The subject matter is "Navajo (Indian) Necklace," part of the American Design series that includes a 1c Tiffany Lamp, a 4c Chippendale Chair, a 10c American Clock, etc. More denominations are expected.

Your pane of 20 does not match the "plate block" descriptions for #3751-53, so it may be a fourth or even fifth variety.

Thanks for that. What are the plate block descriptions of #3751-53 and what is the one for my sheet? How does one determine the plate block description of a sheet of stamps?

In Scott's Specialized, #3751's plate number has 6 numbers plus an S; #3752 has 5 numbers plus a P; #3753 has 6 numbers plus an S. Your plate number has a V, so it must be at least Variety 4.

Also, #3751 and #3752 are dated 2006, and #3753 is dated 2007. What year is your pane dated?

The only date I can see on the sheet is 2004. Each individual stamp also has "2004" on the bottom left corner of it. Would it be possible, for example, for #3751, #3752 and/or my sheet of stamps to have been issued in a year other than the one written on the sheet ? For example, could my 2004 sheet of stamps have been issued say in 2011 ?
