2. Lewis Hamilton (McLaren-Mercedes)
3. Mark Webber (Red Bull-Renault)
4. Jenson Button (McLaren-Mercedes)
5. Nico Rosberg (Mercedes GP)

Naturally I hope Mark Webber wins but those McLaren-Mercs are just brilliant machines so based purely on that I think Hamilton is the pea for this one.

Now Webber in a McLaren-Merc 8) 8)

I agree with you Jack. The whole episode reminds me of Chamberlain's cry of 'Peace in our times'. Don't worry about what is going on around you, just concentrate on the event..after all, they are only Towelheads.

A racist attitude. Syria in turmoil, libya still on-going, Afghanistan under the hammer,Bahrain under siege..but hey! what the hell! Let the F1 go on

Perhaps the British should first look to who leads the protests! Then learn to mind their own business in other peoples countries!

Who was this a reply to??? :?:
If a reference to the Channel 4 news team.... there may not have been a news team from NZTV but I'm sure C4 had the same right to be there as Sky, BBC, CNN, etc. It's simple news reporting.

More news from C4 from their website:

Quote:
The correspondent, cameraman, Joe Sheffer, and producer Dave Fuller, were arrested yesterday evening alongside their driver, Ali, and activist Dr Ala'a Shehabi while filming a small demonstration in a village.

Last night, authorities in Bahrain released the group. The three Channel 4 members were driven to Bahrain airport at "breakneck" speed in a police van to be deported back to the UK, according to Miller.

After British Airways staff initially refused them permission to board an aircraft after saying the group's "documentation [was] not in order", Miller said, they were flown back on another plane early this morning.

Dr Shehabi, an economics lecturer, was released some seven hours after she was taken into custody.

Thanks - so you think BBC, Channel 4, Sky, CNN, All India Radio, RTE, R Moscow, etc etc should only report events in their own countries and not provide any foreign news on their own initiative. The world would be a quieter place were that so.

Well lets all agree there was much controversy re the Bahrain GP, as to whether it should have been held or not.

Ecclestone would have ran one in Syria or Zimbabwe or North Korea is my guess, if he stood to make a few million from either.

Anyway, the NEXT one has less controversy attached to it.

Let's stick to commentary on that one perhaps.
