That is a wonderful error. Scott's specialized does not list this error and only states this.

"The surcharge was applied to 750,000 cards for the use of the General Electric Co., Owensboro, Kentucky. A variety of the surcharge shows the D of PAID beneath the N of ADDITIONAL.
All known examples of No. UX47 have a printed advertisement on the back and a small punch hole near the lower left corner.

Used value is for commercially used cards"

From the USPCC ( I hope I'm not violating any copyright laws)Text above S64 is continuation from below.

It would seem from above info all the ads were printed by G.E.before the rate increase was authorized and surcharge was added ( by PO permission) to the 750k printed by G.E..

As such, while interesting, isn't really a color missing issue in relation to the S64 GE surcharge, but would sure spice up a specalized display of the GE authorized surcharge.

P.S.- the cards appear to be from two different "ETR"runs.
P.P.S - I'm no expert, so I could be over my head here.
P.P.P.S.- Still would like to see the front of the cards :)

Best to all,
pat
