1913 5d roo with superb unframed 'Nathalia Vic' cds - $A60

A superb strike of October 30 - 13, in this rare unframed cds.

Nathalia is a tiny dairy town 220 km from Melbourne.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nathalia,_Victoria

Population of the area at this time was under 1000.

A "jumbo stamp with larger than usual top and lower margins, clean and fresh FU. Juzwin retail for normal used is $40, so this at $60 is a steal. As anyone who collects Roos seriously will recognise instantly. :D

Getting a NICE one of this value is 1 in 1000 copies ... minimum. GREAT "eye-appeal", and clean and fresh and fault free.

Price only $A60 plus post - which is $5 Reg'd within Australia.

Remember adding another lot of mine here (or on website) for sale in general adds ZERO to your shipping cost, so have a good look at what is on offer here in case something else appeals:

viewforum.php?f=27

Call it 'Nathalia Vic cds" on stampboards' and please order via:

http://www.glenstephens.com/order - and "lay-by/layaway" is possible

First member to *post on this thread* gets the lot.

and all payment details are on:

http://www.glenstephens.com/payment

And email me with any queries to glen [at] glenstephens.com

And many similar mouth watering NETT price offers are being loaded weekly onto -

http://www.glenstephens.com/rarity and http://www.glenstephens.com/specials

As per stampboard rules - this lot is offered exclusively to board members - and on no other sales venue.

And remember I use a PAPER based credit card transaction system as I am too lazy to get a machine. In general, you will almost certainly be charged weeks after you get the goods, as I do such boring things in large batches "when I get time". 8)

For members who make a BANK TRANSFER payment you WILL generally get your goods faster as it saves me some hassle. :)

Yes looks like a small ink blob Arlene.

For you, it will be $10 extra due to that. :D

Plus also the thickened RH frame at the top, narrow bottom, thick top, will add another $10 I'm sure.

Hi Glen

Just wondering, does the unframed postmark attract a better value or is it the place of postmark??? besides it being a nice 5d roo. And fianlly does it have to be the full psotmark or could 2/3rds be ok???
Thanks
Lisa

I wish I collected these. This is a seriously good-looking stamp. My favourite 'Roo is the 2½d indigo. I might just collect them. The colour is gorgeous.

( I sound like an interior decorator)

Done. Wasn't sure if you meant $2 or $2 extra, so sent the higher amount. I'm sure you can figure it out when processing.

Thanks!
