Just found these buried in a stack of varied perfins....cyrillic lettering ...maybe revenue stamps... not sure....Any definitive answers as to type and country of origin?

Also of note is the overprint on the red one...

Serbia fiscals, I think.

The stamps are Serbian Revenue stamps. The one on the left is from either the 1891 or 1892 issue as it has the KCP monogram and the one on the right is from the 1897 - 1899 issue.

"In 1884 Serbia borrowed 25 million dinars from French & Austrian banks. As previous debts could not be repaid, the banks claimed the receipts from revenue stamp taxation as security for the loan.

All fiscal stamps from 25/6/1884 until 15/4/1896 carried a control monogram KCP to show where the revenue was going" - from J Barefoots Yugoslavia Revenues.
