VII/25

3rd State May 1917 - 1932

Cross: Sloping slightly down from left to right.

Left Frame: Fine NE-SW cut through the frame 9mm above the bottom left corner. Very variable. The inner end is often closed by inking and the whole cut is sometimes completely obscured. In later green printings the cut sometimes appears as a v-notch.

Top Right Corner: Pointed with a small bite immediately below it, which occasionally takes the form of a shave.
