Wow, that's an amazing shot.
Did the photographer dress up as a Tiger, to keep their attention? :D
A good old fashioned kazoo was used ! The big horses are all ex race horses from the track, the minis are all rescues as are the dogs and cats :)

Thanks Brummie, but as the big boys have 15 acres of lush turn out I think I have the worlds fattest Thoroughbreds!

No grain required, just lots of really good hay and vitamins and the minis, well, they are the beagles of the horse world lol! The chickens and geese free range as well.

I am retired and working harder now than when I actually " worked" but loving every second of it :)

Here is a picture of me taken a few months ago with a fish I caught in a small river that runs through the depths of urban London.

Image

Fishing is new to me and now I intend to combine my interest in it with a fish-themed stamp collection. I will work out some parameters for the collection as there must be thousands of fish stamps published around the world... maybe I will select a particular fish family or type, I am still thinking about that!

Ralph.
I never want to complete my collection - Where's the fun in that?

Going through Items acquired earlier this month at Stampshow / NTSS 2019 in Omaha, NE. The post office staff there had a photo kiosk where you could create your own souvenir postcard.

Here are myself and the lovely and charming Debbie0517 on our card... subsequently cancelled with one of the new Military Working Dog stamps and show cancel.

Well, it’s Father’s Day here in the UK today and I woke this morning to a fabulous present from my talented daughter.

Recently, during lockdown, here in the UK we have been advised to wear face masks, so my wife bought me a natty little black number.

She took a photo of the pair of us and popped it on Facebook just for fun.

Fast forward three weeks and I awoke to find this waiting for me.

What a wonderful idea! And to demonstrate just how accurate it is, here’s one of me wearing it :D

Nice photo and stamp mock-up

Nice shrubbery in the background, mine is similar but practically all weeds!

It's Fathers' Day here in the U.S. also. When buying a bagel this morning the young lady taking my money wished me a Happy Fathers' Day and chuckled when I told her that I had not bred.

Kindest regards

Richard

Thanks. Not sure where she get it from as it’s definitely not me or her mum

If you remember she was the one who both painted the fabulous Roo which we sent to one of our departed members, plus she did the ‘Gull over the City’ painting for me.

Jon,

That's a fantastic t-shirt for Father's Day! I love it. :D

I have also received a t-shirt for Father's Day but, it was my wife's creation (not really a Father's Day t-shirt, but it's different and I also love it :D ). Yes, I know I have to post an image of it but it's currently in the wash. I will do so once the wash is done. ;)

Here's a shot of me paddling my homemade cedarstrip canoe on the one trip that I was able to make this past summer.
It was a 4 day canoe circuit consisting of several portages through a series of lakes in northern Alberta.

Of course the scenery was great while the sunsets were fantastic!
