**Moderator note
Hello Tess and welcome to Stampboards. I hope you will enjoy browsing and participating in the various forums.
You do not yet qualify to claim a free gift. Please read the rules in the first post of this thread. You need to make a few philatelic posts first, including one with a picture.

Do I still qualify?
I know that I have now 61 posts (incl. this one) but the most are in the fun place to be...
About philatelic posts I only have 14, including 1 with an image.
I hope I still qualify, I just discovered this topic (perhaps too late ).
Sorry Rik, you have been a member for almost a year and have many more posts than stated in the eligibility rules for this thread. I would say you are no longer a newbie. I hope you continue to enjoy participating in the forums. I see that some of your earlier posts were sorting out stamps from Japan. How did you manage with that? I have been doing the same recently and find Colnect very helpful.

Okay, thanks for your reply Canada stamper.
I indeed collect Japan, and do a lot of research indeed on Colnect, they have almost everything in catalog form!
And searching on Colnect is so easy, even for Japanese stamps. 8)

I enjoyed a second Christmas this morning when I opened my letter packet from John of Ireland and saw my requested gift of no. 95 ~ Russian USSR M/S CTO stamps. Plus a packet of loose miscellaneous USSR stamps.
John, thank you very much. Your generosity is much appreciated.

Sorry England beat Ireland on Saturday...
Hello everyone, I’m a relatively new member and wanted to ask if I might be eligible for one of the lovely stamps on offer to new members here? I think I might be as I’ve made a couple philatelic posts including one with an image (which I need to return to in order to post a higher res image).
Also, if I am eligible, may I ask which gifts are available? I see some posts from last year, and in one of my recent posts, I made the mistake of replying to an old thread. So I thought it best to ask before making the same mistake twice. Thanks very much.
Yes you do qualify within the rules (although you've been a member for several months now ). If you have a look at the last update in May 2018 and scroll forward from there, you'll be able to see all the gifts that are currently available. Any gifts that have been taken are indicated as such in the original gift post.
A belated welcome to Stampboards, and I hope to see you around in the forums.

Yay! Thank you Jean. That’s very kind of you and the donors too. Yes I had joined a couple months back but real life, and the Christmas season, kept me busy, so I started posting only very recently.
I will take a look at what’s on offer and request in a subsequent post.
