Are the Laos sets still available? I used to work teletype and those three at the bottom really caught my eye. If it is available, may I claim as new member?

Well, good idea to show a stamp depicting a sad person to express your frustration from missing the newbie gift, but I think a stamp commemorating Lidice event is less appropriate here although I sure it was done unintentionally. The stamp was issued to commemorate the Lidice massacre done by Nazis after the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich. About 340 people from Lidice were murdered in this massacre including women and children. Eli
