Boo!

MNH U.S. Halloween stamps block of four anyone. Stamps are fine; self-adhesive backing paper devilishly (!) difficult to remove neatly....

Hi Stewie,

I had my suspicions. I bought it from Kent Research who has an new issue service. I did question them on it, as I bought some African issues from them in 2014 but they insisted that they sourced this stamp from a seller in Mali.

Anyway, I can offer this instead, unless someone wants the Alice Munro. Your choice.

Rules update as of February 15, 2020:
* After making a claim, you must post an offer within 24 hours, or your claim will be forfeited and the previous offer becomes available again.

* After making a claim, a member will have a maximum of 72 hours to make an offer that is accepted. The clock will start when the first offer is made. Offers can be replaced after 24 hours if not claimed. Thus, UP TO 3 offers can be made in the 72 hour period. If no offer is taken before the 72 hour expiration, then the claim is forfeited and the previous item is up for grabs again (by anyone).

I hope, I am referring to the right rule, based on that I would like to take up Uppercanadian's offer

Apologies Arnabjoy
