A new retail outlet has been launched for members of IPDA (Internet Philatelic Dealers Association) to sell their wares in what I assume will be a more "secure" environment for both retailers and buyers than exists on other platforms.

Should be interesting to see if this can compete not just with eBay, but also Delcampe and Hipstamp. More retail options are always a good thing in my opinion.

What is very interesting is that the platform seems to be almost a carbon copy, structure wise, of the one used currently by Hipstamp. Perhaps imitation is really the sincerest form of flattery.

Right you are DJCMH!
It is the same core SW as hip stamps, ease of use and performance is the same.
You can even export you items from hips and load them into IPDA Shops using the bulk lister. A real boon to IPDA dealers!

It will be alright if the categories are precise enough to keep out the nonsense. Clicking on category Great Britain we have on the first page:

Great Britain QV stamps - 4 lots

Cameroons 2 Leeward Is 1 Jersey 1

Tokelau - 2 rows of 4

Tokelau 2 Tristan da Cunha 2

I'm not working through 115 pages to find the real GB. If there isn't a 'British Commonwealth' category, then the small colonies should NOT be listed under 'Other British Stamps' - that would be like listing Australia under that category.
