Aust $20 Painting Superb used *Block 4* on parcel from Northern Territory - $A70!
Aust $20 Painting Superb used *Block 4* on parcel from Northern Territory - $A70!

A gem of the future. GUARANTEED.

Everyone knows what my strong views are on the future of BLOCKS of 4, postally used in correct period.

This is our current $20 stamp, and our highest face value postage stamp ever issued. The superb John Glover painting, with Gold Foil Printed country name, and value denomination

A postally used block of this if not unique is near unique, and will always remain so. Clear date of “Karama January 17, 2013 - NT - 0812.”

Will CERTAINLY be unique from KARAMA Northern Territory, using the soft rubber cds that up there perish in months, not years, and are replaced and have very short lifespans. Often replacements are of a different design type.

Indeed this cds must be RARE as it is not listed by PPA who tend to list EVERY known NT Post Office, as most here realise - https://www.premierpostal.com/cgi-bin/wsProd.sh/Viewpocd.w?

How can a road freight parcel from the Northern Territory cost $80 to Sydney? – well read my latest column, where AP hiked up the rate by 50% last month for parcels to and from the NT –

https://www.glenstephens.com/snjanuary13.html

Where ROAD parcels can certainly now cost $80 and more.

This was on a really heavy box, and went by truck across the continent, and survived - in perfect condition.

Rod Perry has just sold this appalling damaged Kangaroo piece to the NT for $A100,000.00 – Not $1000, not $10,000 - but $100,000! -

https://www.glenstephens.com/snmay10.html

So multiples of high values get big bucks. High value used Roo blocks get way into 5 figures. In 10 years this will appear a giveaway price.

A piece for the TRULY savvy stamp collector, with forward vision.

$A70 plus post

=========

Remember, adding another lot of mine (posted by either Admin or GlenStephens or Global Administrator, or ozstamps) - here (or on my website) for sale in general adds ZERO to your shipping cost, so have a good look at what is on offer here in case something else appeals:

https://www.stampboards.com/viewforum.php?f=27

All payment details are on -https://www.glenstephens.com/payment.html

Call it "$20 Block 4 - Stock 391GY" - please order via SECURE site:

https://www.glenstephens.com/order.html

For overseas members, to find out the approx cost in YOUR currency, click here - https://www.xe.com

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - don't like it - mail it back within 48 hours of receiving it. No-one ever has yet. :)

- and "lay-by/layaway" is always possible - email me with any queries to glen [at] glenstephens.com – OR "trade-ins" always possible! If you have a pile of surplus stuff I may well be happy to offset that against this item - see https://www.glenstephens.com/buying.html

As most know - I do NO fairs or shows, have NO shop, and do NOT bother with ebay or other auctions. I buy endless bulk lots from Estates, and distress sales etc, in this massive city, and offer it here at NETT prices for fast turnover. NO "20% Buyer Fees" to add to my prices, as in auction!

And many similar mouth-watering NETT price offers are being loaded weekly onto -

https://www.glenstephens.com/rarity.html and https://www.glenstephens.com/specials.html

All stampboard lots $A200 and under are mailed Unreg’d. If Reg’d is required, STATE that on order form – cost is extra $A4 local, and minimum $A13 extra foreign. Only YOU know if your street address is secure – a large packet covered in pretty stamps left outside, just might tempt passers-by? PO Boxes are far safer. 'All risk' Insurance is always possible if required, at $A2 per $100 covered - again it must be specified on order form.

As per stampboard convention - this lot is offered exclusively to board members - and on no other sales venue.

For members who make a BANK TRANSFER payment you WILL generally get your goods faster, as it saves me some hassle - but you MUST email me the confirmation number etc - many "forget"!
:)

David .. not too long back, the EVELEEN NT cancel was also $70 I imagine. :)

A classic piece for the future, especially with a small office NT cancel.
