Is this 1954 stamp from Haiti worth anything?

.
Is this stamp (the bottom one) from Haiti with the extra ink "spray" worth anything or is it considered printers waste?

Reason: Added pars and spacing and “air” – always a superb idea on Bulletin Boards! Use the "PREVIEW" button folks. It is there for a GOOD reason. And added YEAR to heading.

I would strongly suspect option No.2.
I prefer to collect UK, British Commonwealth esp Pacific area ( not excluding West Indies/Canada ) and Western Europe. At the bottom of my zone of interest is Eastern Europe and communist countries.

I don't think it's a printers waste.

I would go with the over-inked option.

Which could/would command a premium for a collector of Haiti, but how much is the actual stamp worth?
It does pay if you are humble and kind.

I do prefer "overinked" to "printers waste". Sounds much better.

I have just realised that I can make out 150, IND, and PU in the extra ink. So an upside down wet sheet must have touched it.

Might be an offset of the issued 50c red design?

As the transfer is not mirror image, it cannot be direct transfer from sheet to sheet but there must have been some surface that transferred the image. But I agree it is a transfer.

I have cut out the affected area(from a print!) rotated it and placed over the correct part. Matches perfectly. If it was an offset would it do this or would it be backwards?
And admin excuse my ignorance but what is/are pars?
