Mike, it sure is a beautiful place, very deserving of it's World Heritage Listing.OttawaMike wrote:Looks idyllic, Skippy - Why did you leave?
Are you saying your copy is for sale for $20 ?? surely not ? You would be wanting to hang on to that !$20 + post for anyone interested .. but the only copy I have is inscribed to me from Bill!

But in the name of cleaning up my office a bit if you want the 3 at $20 each, they are yours.
Be nice to know they go to a keen student of this stuff.
Not at all, I think the inscriptions from the Author are a bonusozstamps wrote:
skippy - glad you do not mind the scrawled in ones as I notice Bill signed one of the others too!
That would be great, thankyou!ozstamps wrote:If you want, I'm happy to inscribe them over to you --- and if you pass them on one day, you might be able to do the same!

Books arrived safely Glen, THANKYOUozstamps wrote:Did a bit of an archaeological dig here and unearthed the first 2 volumes.
Each one is totally different from each other it looks like.
So over 10 years they have managed to cover EVERYTHING LHI connected in 3 volumes.
Long pieces on the LHI 1930s provisionals with many photos of fakes and genuine and covers, the court case with AP, Zeemail, and of course all the local post issues and tons of letters and notes etc.
I'd doubt there is another full set for sale anywhere at any price, as they printed only a tiny number of each.
