Question re USA 1966 Einstein 8c stamp with curious Perforation?

Post by Hinkle »

Would the perforation on this stamp be normal.

I have no knowledge or tools to figure this one out. By looking at it, seems off.

It seems there's 14 holes on left side of stamp and 13 holes on right. Also wondering about top and bottom of stamp. Thank you

Reason: Expanded very vague and heading, to make more sense to members, (read Rule 10) and turned it into a QUESTION of some kind

Search for "Line perforation" and all will become clear.

Always on the lookout for Australian pre decimal First Day Covers.
