I know there not perfect but is it a good buy?
Seems difficult to find a bargain on the Bay recently

I used to offer 40 or 50 face different States for a few bucks a glassine, and they looked awfully similar to this lot.
For the cost of a beer you can hardly go wrong on this sprinkling of packet material, but you are always FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR better advised to spend 50 quid or so and buy a real basic collection that contains other than the 40 most common types which are still bundleware, a century on.
For any new country area sought the same good advice applies.
"Unchecked treasure trove from Grandpas long forgotten Estate found in the garage attic" total BS spiels are what generally accompany these few dozen cheapies offerings, but in a real collection of a few 100 stamps you might well stumble across something of actual value.
