No. Publication of the images of proofs and color trials of postage stamps issued by India Post is prohibited in India.
No RTI is entertained in this regard.

Re: India 2020 Terracotta Temples of India MS Printing Quantity
Three years back I had bought Indian Cuisine miniature sheets for a school project via epost as at that time the bureau here was experiencing huge delay with every issue. However epost refunded money after a few days and I had to buy from a dealer.Hyderabadi wrote: ↑26 Aug 2020 04:25then why are they refunding his money instead of sending him the Ms? It doesn’t seem to be available as of now.. Have you heard of any error in the sheet?
It is not the first time that there have been delays in printing and delivering the miniature sheets by India Post. Recent example would be mini sheets on Solar system.
Also the bureau here has received terracotta temples MS. I personally have not heard about any errors in those.

I beg to differ. 'Never' is a bit harsh. I think private dealers are useful when it comes to filling gaps in our collection. How else are new collectors supposed to find old issues?Hyderabadi wrote: ↑26 Aug 2020 07:14Thanks For the clarification Joy...

I agree for older issues but I believe newer ones we should still try to collect ourselves or through friends/collectors willing to arrange them for you.
e.g. epostoffice if functioning properly is a good source for majority of the MS going back to 2017-18 currently at face value
For the older ones as an example am looking for the below stamps (used preferably for commemorative ones) and the easiest source will be some dealer to help probably if I dont get them otherwise
Once I have these my collection of 1947-2006 (Mostly Used) & 2007 onwards (MNH) will be completed

Don't know whether this is the right thread to post my queries.
I'm coming back to the hobby after a long break of few years. Can someone help regarding from where I can get the missing years issues? If available in any GPO?
Secondly, I tried purchasing a few things from the epost site. Made payment by Paytm, money got deducted, but didn't go through. Any idea what to do?

Solely depends on what years are missing and whether you are looking for MNH or used or MS onlyarnabjoy wrote: ↑31 Aug 2020 13:56Don't know whether this is the right thread to post my queries.

First checkpoint is to visit the GPO and pick up what you can from there, typically the oldest ones available will be from 2018 at max currently
If complete years are missing then buying year packs is the fastest way but dealers mostly will be your only hope. There are groups on FB selling year packs
Epostoffice seems to be having some issues. I too placed an order ten days back but no response whether the money will be refunded or items sent
Also there is a wanted section in stampboards, try posting your wantlist there too if you want

Re: Indian Stamps - news, New Issues, and Exhibitions & Shows!
Anybody looking to buy from epostoffice please wait for 10-15 days.
Got a call from them regarding my issue from last month and the person mentioned that due to their gateway changes multiple transactions were incomplete at their end even though the amount got deducted. The issue is almost resolved now but roughly 20% transactions still face the same issue and should be rectified in the next fortnight

They have started refund but it’s day by day and manual reconciliation by epost staff who then inform payu to refund so he told me to wait for 10 days for my refund

Yup. It is designed by the dynamic secretory of GPNS . It is the first special cover in Goa with a golden cancellation. First day of issue and there is demand from all over India. Prices have skyrocketed like anything. :shock
If you want one better get one now(Today's price was Rs.250 sold by some).
Can't imagine what the prices will be after few months.
One person was sold max. 3 covers and more than half the covers are already sold.
