I'm a buddleia fan too - hydrangeas are another favourite. Unfortunately my wife thinks our garden is too small for buddleias (so they've gone) and I'm limited to one hydrangea.

The stamps aren't cancelled but the card dates from either 1993 or 1994. It was from our next door neighbours (at the time) and they really did have some experiences. I still remember us having a really good laugh together when they got back and shared some of them.

Thanks Les

I know (at least knew) that area quite well. A long time ago, when I was not yet in the US, I visited Ephesus several times. One of my older cousins was the assistant director of the Ephesus museum. He showed me many places in the area, including Kuşadası. Of course, I had a lot less grey hair on my head at the time.

Anyway, here is my card. Postally used in 1988

It is a very small place. The exact location is not necessary. Name of the province or the closest town will also be accepted for the baton.

Very good - so the Greece guess was probably closest of all; and then we all went globetrotting!

Just goes to show that one should consider the Med as a whole when guessing!
