BST ends, time to change Board Preference Settings

Post by norvic »

A reminder to members in the UK and probably the rest of Europe that with daylight saving time ending it’s time to change your time settings in the User Control Panel.

And as we must have a picture here’s a scarce FDC for Greenwich Mean Time.

Very funny!

For those who think he's being serious, those are the PRINTED Greenwich Meridian.

I am in Far North Queensland now, and changed the time settings in my member user profile panel for that as Queensland of course never does anything like others do.

I guess if I flew to Brazil or Botswana I'd do that too. Britain is so tiny one wonders why any change is ever needed? ALL of China from Tibet in the far, far west, to the far, far, Siberian East is 7pm Sunday as I type this.

And all 1.4 BILLION citizens have that same time on their devices, and the place seems to function pretty smoothly.
