I'll shoot up to the mothership and dump out my 2d's to have a look for a similar flaw. I could be awhile, so that should give you enough time to think about what you want in return for those Downey Blocks !

Sorry mate, but the blocks will stay in my collection
Victoria 1864 1d Laureate, Wmk '1' - P13, variety 'PRINTED DOUBLE': SG #108ca, on De La rue paper, with clear 2006 RPSV certificate stating: 'That it is genuine' and noting no faults or defects. Without doubt the very finest looking of the 3 known copies. Kellow's photo page 147 of Handbook, of one with a corner missing, shows the same long green vertical line in front of the Queens face - not a green crayon line, as it first appears, but a strange "proof" of the double print occurring.
Kellow states on page 148 this appears to be a case of a sheet actually passing twice though the press, (i.e. a true "Double Print") rather than the far more common "Kiss Prints". Current SG Cat £1,500, and even so, with only now 3 copies recorded in 150 years - is one of the vastly under-rated Victoria major printing rarities, that truly should have a zero added to today's price.

Is there a separate Gibbons cat number for the 3 half d with Pence error as one pictured below? Gibbons makes a lot of different varieties for all watermark errors but can't see many different cat numbers for plate errors.

This is SG N18 e/f- for me it is the f, because I´m not able to say which plate this flaw came from. "e" is from Plate 12 (thin rule) and "f" from Plate 29 (thick rule). To plate this flaw you need the right margin. The plates are philatelic ones not the official ones- these were 15/585 or 15/586.
Two white spots on Bird head and Leaf behind Bird. .Tail has extra white near wing
I apologize for not writing the Issue Date by Aust' Post, as some guest has borrowed the Cat' without my knowledge. As this is required could some Member PLEASE assist with issue date.
Here is an old favourite of mine from Charkhari, SG 15c:
It was sitting in my collection, ignored because the stamps are fairly minimal cat., for years. Then I finally noticed that Row 2/1 has the listed 'CHARKHAPI' flaw. I won't be able to retire on it, of course, but it makes a nice conversation piece ... when visitors have outstayed their welcome
I posted this one the other day elsewhere, but it fits here too.
Not a howling rarity - it occurs once on every sheet of eight stamps - but a good one, and not listed by Gibbons, even after 131 years ...
This is the 8 Annas New Rectangular type of Jammu & Kashmir (SG 130 in this case). Stamp 7 was always missing the Dogri (Kashmiri) letter 'LA', at about 7:00 o'clock in the inscription in the ring around the centre.

Yep. They tried harrow perforators at Srinagar, briefly, in 1878, and dragged one of them out occasionally later on for the odd sheet, but it was never a success.
They never built a machine for the 4 and 8 Anna values. By the time they appeared, in 1879, the experiment was already dead.
Only 1878 ½ Anna stamps (the basic letter rate) (SG 102) are at all common perforated - they're catalogued at £16 mint, £19 used. This is a sheet of them. (They never seem to turn up with selvage intact.)
I haven't spent a ton of time looking for rarities, but when I have, I find the odd thing or two. Here's one of them.
CANADAN QUEBEC TERCENTENARY
1¢ Cartier and Champlain, green

Always looking for modern Canada on paper! Topical Interests: Disney, Boats/Sailing Ships/Lighthouses, Horses/Horsedrawn, Butterflies/Insects, and Trains - E-mail me with descriptions or scans if you have some!
I have two re-entries of the first, and two of the second, so maybe they aren't as rare as catologue price suggests. There's no point in showing you all of them, it's all the same re-entry. Here is one of them. You can see a double frame line on the right edge of the picture.
and here is a closer view
