I was disappointed browsing through the contents of many Middle East Philatelic Bulletins to find very little modern material. Everybody seems to be studying old material which has already been studied - and adding new information - but nobody seems to be recording modern (ie post WW2) material.

There's almost nothing on Saudi Arabia 1960s definitives.

Ian,

Tobias himself specialises in Palestine, all other articles are from volunteer contributors on which Tobias has no influence what they write.

Why do you not prepare an article on Saudi Arabia 1960s definitives and send it to Tobias, maybe it will generate additional interest?

For the plate errors and varieties of The Netherlands and colony stamps there is already for years the Mast catalogue available. But there is now also a website supporting the catalogue: https://www.plaatfouten.net. It also includes an overview site with search possibilities. It shows the images of the stamps and where to find the errors or varieties. One drawback: the site is only in Dutch.
Kind regards,

The Philatelic Club of Bogota (Club Filatelico de Bogota) made 2 nice small booklets about the Colombian Philately available to all for a free download.
These booklets were prepared by some of the best Philatelists in Colombia..., highly recommended to all, however, the language of the booklets is Spanish.
