A member of the Ballarat Philatelic Society is collecting Lions Club Seals and want some images of the issues from 1997 to 2010.
He believes that from 2002 they were renamed Lions Club Lifesaver Foundation.
He would like to contact anyone that has any information on these items.

Any Images to help? I am a member of Lions and this question does not compute.
I prefer to collect UK, British Commonwealth esp Pacific area ( not excluding West Indies/Canada ) and Western Europe. At the bottom of my zone of interest is Eastern Europe and communist countries.
